Pet Stay Conditions

Pet Stays are  individually assessed.  Once your booking is confirmed, this form can be emailed or collected at time of check-in

• We only accept placid, well behaved pets
• We are in a nature sensitive environment. Pets will be required to leave if their behaviour is unacceptable & disturbs other guests, neighbours, birdlife, wildlife, or property.
• More than one dog or other pets are by further arrangement.
• Pets must be house-trained, clean, parasite & pest free.
• There are ticks in the hinterland area, so it is advisable to be prepared with tick treatment for your pet.
• Owners must be fully responsible for their pet at all times as our property boundary is unfenced.
• Owners are held responsible for any mess, damage or odour that may result from their pet (remember bags for poo pick up).
• An additional fee will be charged for the clean up of any mess, damage or odour that may result from their pet.
• Pets are permitted on the unit balconies & tiled areas. Pets are not permitted on any rugs, carpet, bedding or other furnishings.
• Pets are not to be left in the unit or on the property unattended ( google search ‘pet sitting services sunshine coast hinterland’).
• Owners to supply their pet’s bedding.
• Please brush your pet prior to arrival to remove any loose hair.
• Pets will be required to be placed on a lead, or like, when outside our units.
• We live on the fringe of a National Park, where domestic pets are not permitted. However, there are walking tracks, creeks & public parks in the area where dogs are permitted ( leads may be required for dogs ). Some local cafes allow dogs on leads when dining outdoors.
