CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS
1. For guest registration & keys, please give
24 hours notice of your estimated time of
arrival. (Early check-in & late check-out are
available by arrangement)
2. Full payment of accommodation charge for
required night/s stay in advance.
3. A form of current positive photographic
identification (driver’s licence or passport)
4. Bailment & House Rules Apply
Strictly No Smoking Policy in units or on decks
5. Unit to be left in a similar clean condition to
how it is found.
6. Security deposit at check-in (credit card
details or cash equivalent of 1 night’s stay)

ADVANCE BOOKINGS
To secure a booking:
For 1-3 Nights Stay – full payment
For 4 or more Nights Stay – 50% deposit,
balance payable 7 days prior to check-in.

into nominated account by arrangement
2. Cheque or Money Order

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of booking to be advised as
Early as possible. Cancellation fee $50.
If canceling 14 days or less prior to check-in,
deposit non-refundable.
Security deposit refundable after housekeeping/ inspection within 7 days of check-out.
